RATES:    May 1st to October 31th $145 per night with a 3-night minimum
     $950 per week and $3,300 per month
November 1st to December 20th $155 per night with a 3-night minimum
     $1,000 per week and $3,500 per month

Christmas and New Year Holidays $160 per night with a 4-night minimum 
     $1,050 per week

A Montana State Lodging Tax of 7% will be added to the listed rental rates.

To make your booking we will require 1/3rd down, plus tax to hold reservation along with a signed rental agreement. All balances due in full no less than 60 days prior to arrival date.  Cancellations may be made up to 60 days before arrival date without penalty.


Check in time is anytime after 4:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am (MST)

This is a spacious log cabin that offers you a tastefully appointed rustic atmosphere in a spectacular wilderness setting. With comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests, there is a spacious enclosed loft bedroom with two double beds and two twin beds along with a large main floor master bedroom that has a queen bed. A fully equipped modern kitchen and large great room with TV, DVD/VCR, satellite and gas fireplace will add to your comfort. Also for your convenience are a bathroom with a shower, and an extra sitting room with washer and dryer. To inspire your relaxing, a quaint loft overlooking the great room is complete with antique rocking chairs, Persian rug, log table, games and books.

The Overlook Cabin
The Trapper's Place cabin gets its name from the historic government pelt trapper's cabin still located on the property.
